Planning permission granted for 20 Carlton House Terrace

Working alongside DP9 and Sheppard Robson, Concilio helped to secure a great planning permission at Westminster City Councilo on 26th March for a significant office extension at 20 Carlton House Terrace.

Located in the heart of St James's the redevelopment will add 2,745 sqm to the building via a two storey extension and infills on the fourth, fifth and sixth floors.

The building is located in the St James's Conservation Area and Councillors were pleased to see that there had been no objections received from neighbours.
