Planning permission secured for the Ivy Café Soho


Working alongside Bidwells, Belgrave has helped secure planning permission for Caprice Holdings and their Ivy Café Soho 26-28 Broadwick Street. The consent is for a 775 sqm restaurant over the basement and ground floor in the Central Activity Zone. Permission was also granted for tables and chairs outside.
