Revised Annabel’s application secures planning permission

A revised application 46 Berkeley Square received planning permission despite a recommendation for refusal.

Working closely with Bidwells and the team at Caprice Holdings, Belgrave helped show that the revised plans for a retractable glazed canopy were appropriate for the Grade 1 listed building.

Under the revised plans, the previously consented basement extension has been dropped and the Mews building at the rear will be retained.
