Nick is the founder and Managing Director of Belgrave. Nick’s career started in the Conservative Research Department before he moved onto the London Assembly, where he became Head of Press for the Conservative Group.
The next stop was Westminster City Council where Nick was a Senior Media Officer, working in the award winning communications department. Following that were spells as Director of Communications for the British Chambers of Commerce and Head of Corporate Communications for Travelodge.
As well as running Belgrave and being a taxi driver to his daughter Nick is a Councillor in the London Borough of Enfield.
Xenia runs Belgrave’s ever growing office and delivers all of the events we organise for ourselves or clients.
Xenia has over a decade’s experience as an event and office manager, delivering everything from small, private dinners to 500-strong conferences at both the Greater London Authority and the Association of British Insurers.
Holly is an Account Manager at Belgrave and brings her knowledge of local government, public affairs and stakeholder engagement to the role. Holly is currently a Conservative Councillor on Epping Forest District Council where she sits on a number of committees including, the Planning Committee and the Communities Select Committee. Holly previously worked in Parliament for a Conservative MP.
Michael is Belgrave's designer/developer and brings a wealth of experience of creativity to the team. Working on both print and digital, Michael designs print ready briefing documents and marketing collateral all the way through to developing websites. His flair for design, strong understanding of branding and excellent eye for detail make Michael a great asset for all our projects.
Cambridgeshire born and bred, James was a Councillor in South Cambridgeshire for 16 years. During his time on the Council he was a Cabinet Member, served on the LGA and Greater Cambridgeshire Partnership. James has fought two parliamentary campaigns for the Conservative Party and is on the Executive Board of the Conservative Friends of Bangladesh.
A recent law graduate and Labour Party member, Ezgi has legal experience as it relates to the property sector. Prior to starting at Belgrave, Ezgi also worked alongside organisations which aim to promote the well-being of vulnerable migrants and refugees.
