Nick is the founder and Managing Director of Belgrave. Nick’s career started in the Conservative Research Department before he moved onto the London Assembly, where he became Head of Press for the Conservative Group.
The next stop was Westminster City Council where Nick was a Senior Media Officer, working in the award winning communications department. Following that were spells as Director of Communications for the British Chambers of Commerce and Head of Corporate Communications for Travelodge.
As well as running Belgrave and being a taxi driver to his daughter Nick is a Councillor in the London Borough of Enfield.
Varinder is an Account Manager at Belgrave and brings his knowledge of local government, political advisory and stakeholder engagement to the role.
Varinder is currently a Labour Councillor on Redbridge Borough Council and member of the Council of Europe. Varinder has previously worked as a senior aide for a Labour MP, as a parliamentary officer for a Whitehall based think-tank, and in asset management roles within the aviation industry.
Siddo is an Account Executive at Belgrave. Formerly a constituency-based aide to two Labour MPs and a General Election campaign organiser, he brings his political knowledge and community engagement expertise to the role. Siddo has also held positions in London Labour’s regional and local structures. In his spare time, he volunteers for his local youth offenders service.
A recent law graduate and Labour Party member, Ezgi has legal experience as it relates to the property sector. Prior to starting at Belgrave, Ezgi also worked alongside organisations which aim to promote the well-being of vulnerable migrants and refugees.
Xenia runs Belgrave’s ever growing office and delivers all of the events we organise for ourselves or clients.
Xenia has over a decade’s experience as an event and office manager, delivering everything from small, private dinners to 500-strong conferences at both the Greater London Authority and the Association of British Insurers.
